Pricing
One build. One price. Published.
Most consultancies ask for a discovery call before they share a number. Drivant's scope is fixed, so the price is too: $7,500 for the 21-day build, paid up front, with $2,500 back if it isn't running as scoped.
Plans
What it costs.
The 21-day build
Clean CRM, trusted reporting and the pipeline engine. Paid in full up front, so the clock starts the day I get access.
The guarantee
If 21 days after I get access the system isn't running as described in the scope we sign, you get $2,500 back. It's in the contract.
Then, if you want
Pipeline Ops: I run the engine, add signals, test sequences and keep your CRM clean. Month to month.
What's included
Everything in the build, week by week.
| Deliverable | When | Plan |
|---|---|---|
| Organized CRM data | Week 1 | Included |
| Pipeline reporting and leadership dashboard | Week 2 | Included |
| Signal-based lead engine, switched on | Week 3 | Included |
| Operating guide and handoff | Day 21 | Included |
| Running the engine, new signals, sequence tests, monthly data hygiene | Ongoing | Retainer |
Not included: tool subscriptions (always on accounts in your name), and work outside the signed scope. If you need something else, I'll say so before we start.
Compared to the alternatives
How this compares.
Hiring in-house
Months to hire and ramp, plus salary, benefits and tools, and usually one person covering one of the three areas.
Typical agency
A discovery phase, then a retainer. Price often isn't published, and the work may pass to juniors.
Drivant
21 days, $7,500 published, all three areas connected, done by the senior operator you talk to.
FAQ
Pricing questions.
What exactly is in scope for $7,500?
Organized CRM data, pipeline reporting with signed-off definitions and a signal-based lead engine, all in your existing CRM, plus a decision log. The written scope lists the objects, pipelines and signals covered before you pay.
What would make the scope bigger than $7,500?
Multiple CRMs or portals, a migration, heavy custom development or more than one sales motion with separate pipelines. If any apply, I'll say so on the call and quote it separately instead of squeezing it in.
Why paid in full up front?
So the 21-day clock starts the day I get access, without invoicing delays. The $2,500 guarantee is your protection if the system isn't running as scoped.
How is 'running as described' judged for the guarantee?
Against the signed scope, item by item. If on day 21 any scoped item isn't working, you get $2,500 back. It's in the contract.
Are tool costs included?
No. Any tools are paid on accounts in your name so you own them. I only recommend what the engine needs, and we agree it before buying anything.
What does the $5,000/month retainer actually cover, and how do we stop?
Running the engine, building and retiring signals, testing sequences and monthly data hygiene, with a written monthly report. It's month to month; stop at the end of any month.
